Shipping Policy

At Gloon, we aim to deliver your products safely, quickly, and with care.

At Gloon, we ensure that every order is processed and delivered with care and speed. Once your payment is successfully completed, all orders are processed within 24 to 42 hours. After processing, your order is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partner, Delhivery, for shipment.

We offer two shipping options for our customers. Standard shipping takes approximately 4 to 6 business days for delivery and is charged at ₹49. For faster delivery, we also offer express shipping, which takes approximately 3 to 4 business days and is charged at ₹69. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions, or operational delays from the courier partner.

Currently, Gloon ships across India, and all orders are dispatched from Pune, Maharashtra. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS and email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Gloon is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen courier issues, natural disruptions, or logistical challenges beyond our control. In case an incorrect shipping address is provided, re-shipping charges may apply. Orders marked as delivered by the courier partner cannot be disputed without proper proof, and we highly recommend recording an unboxing video for safety and verification purposes and sending it to help@gloon.in
